Once your order is confirmed and enters the printing process, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified under any circumstances.

Because our production system is automated to ensure fast delivery, printing begins almost immediately after confirmation. Please double-check your shipping address, sizing, and design choices carefully before completing checkout.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns and offer refunds or replacements under the following two conditions:

Defective or Damaged Items: The product arrived torn, misprinted, or otherwise structurally damaged.

Incorrect Items Sent: You received the wrong size, color, or a completely different design than what you ordered.
3. "No Change of Mind" Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if:

You changed your mind after placing or receiving the order.

You ordered the wrong size or color by mistake (please refer closely to our size charts).
4. How to Report an Issue (Defects or Wrong Items)
If your item arrives defective or is incorrectly sent, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery to qualify for a fast resolution.

Provide Proof: Include your Order Number and attach clear photos showing the defect or the incorrect item received.

Review: Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours. If approved, we will send out a free replacement or arrange a full refund to your original payment method.
